the 21-Day Program

  • 9 one-to-one sessions (1 x 1½ hr + 6 x 1 hr) with Jan, each building on the one before

  • 12 daily practices (10-30 min) at home, created by Jan & evolving for your priorities

  • 2 x 20 min conversations (or actual meetings; depending on location)

  • Email follow up / Q&A - to support your progress
