21-Day Program

  • 7 one-to-one sessions (1 x 1½ hr + 6 x 1 hr) with Jan, each building on the one before

  • 14 daily practices (10-30 min) at home, created by Jan & evolving for your priorities

  • 2 x 20 min conversations (or actual meetings; depending on location)

  • Email follow up / Q&A - to support your progress

11-Day program

  • 4 one-to-one sessions (1 x 1½ hr + 3 x 1 hr) with Jan, each building on the one before

  • 7 daily practices (10-30 min) at home, created by Jan & evolving for your priorities

  • Email follow up / Q&A - to support your progress

2-Day option

  • 1 x 75-minute + 1 x 60-minute yoga sessions, one-to-one with Jan

  • A unique and personal yoga practice transcribed and created for your priorities

  • Email follow-up / Q & A - to support your progress
