Free yoga class

Each week Jan offers a yoga class to a group of 3 to 5 people without charge.

This yoga session incorporates the elements of yoga that you and your group/community will find the most helpful.

Please have access to a room with sufficient space to accommodate 3 to 5 yoga mats with ease, quiet and comfort. Alternatively, it may be possible to hold these classes in AdiShesha yoga studio.
